Wildcards
? can be used at the beginning, middle or end
love? retrieves love, lover, lovely, etc.
?ology retrieves anthropology, archaeology, etc.
alumi?m finds aluminum and the British spelling aluminium

Wildcards #
# is a placeholder for one or no characters
labo#r for labor or labour
% plus a number between 2 words retrieves the words in any order within a certain distance
england %3 ballads retrieves Ballads of England, Ballads of Merry Olde England, England and her Ballads
! plus a number does the same except the words must be in the same order as typed
ballads !3 england only retrieves Ballads of England and Ballads of Merry Olde England
